• HILL SCORE - The Hill Score shows your hill running progression based on your training history and VO2max. It also gives you a score for your ability to run up steep hills and your running endurance on long climbs.
• ENDURANCE VALUE - The endurance value shows the development of your endurance and the ability to complete longer loads, taking into account all recorded sporting activities. It uses your short- and long-term training loads and your VO2max value, among other things, to measure the progress of your endurance across all sports.
